Former US President Donald Trump has reportedly pleaded ‘not guilty’ in the classified documents case. After being indicted in the hush money case, Trump has come forward and pleaded not guilty to the 37 criminal charges against him. With his plea in a federal court in Miami, a legal battle is likely to play out over coming months as he campaigns to win the November 2024 presidential election. According to reports, the case against Trump is related to wilfully mishandling of classified documents when he left the President’s office and also lied to the officials who tried to recover them.
