Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan Called For Test Series Against Australia, Prithvi Recalled For NZ T20Is

Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan have got maiden Test call-ups for the first two Tests at home against Australia next month.  On January 13 night, the selectors announced the teams for the ODI and T20I series against New Zealand which precedes the Test series. Prithvi Shaw has been drafted into the T20I squad. 

Prithvi Shaw, who struck a career-best 379 in a Ranji Trophy match against Assam, has been rewarded with a call-up for the T20 International series against New Zealand while KS Bharath replaced KL Rahul in the ODI set-up for the New Zealand tour. 

However, Jasprit Bumrah has not been named in the Test team. It is believed he is still not ready to endure the rigours of Test cricket yet.
