Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav has approached the Delhi High Court challenging the summons issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) asking him to appear for questioning in connection with the alleged land-for-jobs scam. The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader's plea is listed for hearing on March 16 before Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma. The CBI has, till now, issued three notices to Yadav. However, he is yet to appear for questioning. Yadav and some of his family members, including parents Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi, are being investigated in the alleged land-for-jobs scam.
